Forever 21 Leopard 3/4 Sleeve Cardigan, in Real Life

The next item I wanted to review from a recent F21 order is the Leopard 3/4 sleeve cardigan. Please excuse the tag still hanging from the sweater.  ;)

And after seeing the very similar J.Crew version of this print on lovely JCA's like Dina here, Patina here and Heidi here, Since J.Crew's version sold out, I've been trying to find a similar sweater and so I was thrilled when one appeared on Forever 21's website.

Here's how it looks in real life...unbelted (top), also belted and layered under J.Crew's Astrid jacket from last year. My necklace is the Rim set crystal chain also from F21 (another J.Crew dupe for less).

While it's not exactly the same as J.Crew's ocelot cardigan, it is close enough. For the price you can't go wrong with this little sweater. The material is a plush cotton-nylon-angora blend that's easy to wear. It's hand washable and features covered buttons (there's even a spare included).

The style is very similar to J.Crew's Jackie cardigan except this one runs small. I ordered a medium based on F21's measurements and it fits perfectly while I wear small size in the Jackie cardigan. The colors on this sweater are very nice. The grey, black and off white design makes it easy to style into outfits, just like J.Crew's version.
