What I like best about J.Crew Fair Isle knits are the unexpected colors and patterns, especially when the colors are borrowed from previous seasons. An example, the Cashmere Fair Isle graphic sweater featured in the December Style Guide. I borrowed most of the colors from it for my outfit above. :)
This pricey Fair Isle is a fearless way to combine many colors into one outfit. I like all the colors on this sweater and have most of them as separates. The sweater was styled with a navy vest, jeans, and a bright blue scarf in this month's Style Guide.
