J.Crew Café Capri in Harvest Tweed

These tweedy capris did not receive very much love in the green color from bloggers, but I have big love for the harvest tweed version, and plan to wear these pants thru spring with pink, lilac, lavender and ivory colored tops.

Pants available here (this fabric also comes in this skirt, and this skirt)
Sweater, similar here and here
Shoes available here (fit TTS and you only need to undo the first buckle to get them on/off ;)
Bag, similar here
Necklace (F21)

Fit is similar to the Cafe capri in wool. These are a regular length, so they're quite cropped on me.

And if you're not absolutely positively done with sequins, then it's worth grabbing the Drapey Sequin Tank in the iced mint color. It's SO pretty layered under a cardi or jacket. The fabric is a linen/cotton blend knit, perfect for spring. I got it in a small, which has these measurements: chest 34", bottom sweep 35"

Hope everyone has a terrific Friday! :)

  1. Your outfit looks beautiful. Love all the rusty colors.

That sequined tank is also very nice. No reason to stop shining after the New Year right?

  3. J Crew definitely had a lot of great sequin items on sale this week. I pondered purchasing this tank, but then went with a sweater instead. Its going to be winter for a few more months where I am! Blah.

    1. ps thanks for the info about the buckle shoe. I was wondering how many buckles needed to be undone.

  5. Hi Girlie Blogger and thanks for the comment! The sequin top is very pretty IRL. It's more of a matte rather than super shiny so I think it will look great with white and maybe a pop of darker green for spring and summer.

  8. KDot and Gigi - Thanks ladies!

Gigi - I would NOT be a fan of the shoes if I had to buckle 8 straps every time I wore them. ;)
