J.Crew Pembridge Dot Shell for New Year's Eve

I'm pulling out a J.Crew classic to wear this New Year's eve, the Pembridge Dot Shell. It reminds me a little of the current No. 2 pencil skirt in dot brocade, except the Pembridge top of yore was made from a festive silk blend and lined with silk satin. It's one of those classic J.Crew pieces that I plan to keep in my closet for years to come. 

I'll be celebrating the arrival of 2013 at home, with a bottle of Veuve Cliquot, tasty appetizers and good company.
