J.Crew Pear Sweater. New Arrivals. New Year.

Pear Sweater (watch for pop-backs, more pear tops herehere and here)
Vero Clutch (another one that pops-back frequently)
Cafe capri in tiny dot (I got these in tall)
Silk Blythe blouse (love the iced lilac color for spring!)
Mona Tassel heels (I also like these)

I've been slow at getting back to blogging this year, but better late than not at all, right? :) I hope the new year got off to a great start for everyone. Of course the new year also meant new arrivals at our favorite retailers. In the case of J.Crew it was more like now you see it and then you don't new arrivals. At least the items I was interested in disappeared within a day or two, like the No. 2 skirt in scroll print, the Collection multi-stripe popover, Stripe cotton silk popover, and as of yesterday when it hit the sale section, this sweater.

After adding two heart sweaters to my closet last winter, I managed to resist the cute critter sweaters that begged to be let into my closet this year save for this, my favorite of the bunch.

I especially like it with the tiny dot pants, but it goes nicely with jeans and skirts too. Here's a few other outfit idea I'll try with items from my closet.

Do you have the pear sweater? Which was your favorite graphic sweater from J.Crew this winter?

    1. Me too Ina - about both sweaters. Although now that I have the pear, I can live without the hen sweater as I think this one is more versatile, for me. BTW, I saw the hen sweater pop-back the other day, so keep an eye on it, in case you can grab it for a nice sale price. :)

    1. Me too briannelee. I was inspired by the tie print pants on the website, but I think these are more wearable IRL. :)

    1. WFF, I was the same way when I first saw it online. Maybe because pears always remind me of where I grew up, we had an enormous old pear tree in the back yard. :)

    1. Hi Margaret, thanks for visiting!

For once it sounds like the website had something on sale that wasn't priced lower in the store. It's a cute sweater. With the pear theme it's also one that can transition for spring. :)
